All bookings require a deposit or full payment depending on the supplier's terms.
Final payment due dates will be communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

All prices are subject to change until booked and confirmed. We are not responsible for price changes from third-party suppliers.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change policies are set by the individual travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
Always Summer Travel will relay these policies to you at the time of booking.
Fees may apply for changes or cancellations based on supplier terms.
Refunds, if available, are processed according to supplier timelines and conditions.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment.

Responsibilities and Limitations

Always Summer Travel, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers.
We are not responsible for:

Supplier acts or omissions, including cancellations, schedule changes, or quality issues
Personal injury, loss, accident, or damages arising from the use of third-party travel services
Events beyond our control, such as weather delays, government actions, or pandemics

Your travel plans are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

Traveler Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for all travelers.
You must ensure that you have valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel documents.
You must comply with all supplier policies and government regulations during your travels.
